Countdown to Summer Slimdown is a very intense, high energy class that will surely prepare you for the summer! Students in the class will be working on every muscle groups in 1 minute interval session on different fitness equipment. You will be working on cardiovascular endurance, upper and lower body strength, flexibility, coordination and core strength. Most importantly, the class is a lot of fun! Sign up before classes get filled up! ** ALL ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.
